Sure, we could use smaller carabiners to save a buck, use cheap nylon to make the ankle straps, or even make the door anchor smaller, but, while others choose to go down this route, we don't. All of our fantastic color-coded bands are double-walled, with one layer made of premium-quality 100% natural Malaysian latex to ensure that they do not dry-out, snap, or stretch, and the other made of extra-thick, high-grade silicone to ensure consistent resistance and even more strength! Each one is individually labelled with their maximum resistance and equipped with large, heavy-duty carabiners for stacking multiple bands. Start light, work up, and when you need more resistance, you have it right there in the bag! POWER...LOTS OF IT!

Combining our unique double-webbed ballistic nylon straps with ultra-strong Velcro and extra-large D-rings was step one of making our incredibly strong and secure ankle straps. Add in a 0.25" layer of neoprene plush, and they are as comfortable as they are strong! Our padded handles feature soft cuffs and strong Velcro to ensure that your glutes do the work, not your hands!
